The continued use of the descriptor “Playboy model” in conjunction to Jasmine Fiore’s name can be easily explained in that people (especially males) are more likely to attempt to access a website (click on a link) if the word “Playboy” is anywhere within proximity of a female’s name. In short, it is a purposely planted “hook,” placed without checking for corroboration, just something to draw in internet users.

But it is also being used out of ignorance in that so many sites use it that writers and reporters are perpetuating it without attempting to see if Jasmine Fiore actually ever posed for Playboy. And then there are the bloggers, writers, and reporters who know Jasmine Fiore never posed for Playboy pictures and use the descriptor disingenuously as their story hook.

It seems that beauty has disappeared from the earth after the departure of a beauty damsel queen Jasmin Fiore from the world. A beauty Queen of the famous magazine” Play Boy”, was found dead in a suitcase.

According to police report she was murdered. It is suspected that a person named, Ryan Alexander Jenkins, a Reality TV Show contestant, has a rolled in this murder. Both were seen together before her murder. Ryan Alexander Jenkins is still underground and has not any contact with police. His negligence can put him in a big trouble and he killed her in jealousy. Ryan and jasmine first met in a casino and after spending some time together they became good friends.
It is unbelievable thing that, how death can behave roughly with a softy doll.

She was found in the Buena Park area of  Los Angeles in the morning of 15 August, by police. She was an example of pleasure. Her photo career shows that her sympathy and affections for life. She was only 28 year old. It was a climax of her career but Death did not gave her a chance for acquire the most hire status in her field. Bill is dead, but do we really need to see the David Carradine death photo to prove it? His family doesn’t think so. Thai newspaper The Rath (respectfully?) disagrees.

David Carradine, the actor best known to younger viewers for playing Bill in the Quentin Tarantino Kill Bill films, was found dead in his hotel room June 4th with ropes tied around him. Now the David Carradine death photo surfaced in a Thai newspaper and, naturally, his family is outraged.

The Bangkok Post reported that Carradine’s body was found curled up in the wardrobe with a shoelace tied around his genitals and neck.

Foul play has been ruled out and it appears as if Carradine was alone in the room. Apparently, he was participating in auto erotic asphyxiation, a form of masturbation. But, of course, no one knows for certain what happened until the autopsy occurs

However, friends say Carradine was known to engage in the practice, and, in his 2003 divorce papers, his ex wife accused him of a “potentially deadly” sexual appetite, according to TMZ.

Naked photos of Carradine published in Thai papers shows a naked body suspended from a bar in the closet, with his hands apparently bound together above his head. Tattoos on the lower half of his nude body also are visible.

“The family is outraged about the release of these photos,” said Mark Geragos, an attorney who represents Keith Carradine, the actor’s brother, to Radar.

Geragos has threatened to sue if the pictures are published anywhere in the U.S. The Thai paper has defended its publishing the picture, saying they were honoring the actor.

David Carradine: U.S. Investigation Begins

Police in Thailand said Monday that they would welcome the FBI’s assistance in investigating the death of American actor David Carradine, but only as observers in the high-profile case. Carradine’s naked body was discovered last Thursday morning in his luxury suite at Bangkok’s Swissotel Nai Lert Park Hotel. Police initially suspected his death was a suicide, but have since said it may have been accidental suffocation or heart failure after revealing he was found with a rope tied around his wrist, neck and genitals.

Life Imitating Art?: This scenario happened on an episode of “Six Feet Under.” There was no doubt that the deceased was a result of autoerotic asphyxiation. How common is this?

Lawrence Kobilinsky: First, we must be careful about making assumptions as to cause and manner of death. The body has not as yet been autopsied so this information has yet to be established. The answer to the question is that there are approximately 1000 deaths in the United States due to autoerotic asphyxiation, most of these are young males.

Case Back in Court

CBS’s fine was tossed by a lower court last year, which found that the Super Bowl incident was “fleeting” as it lasted a mere 9/16ths of a second. Per the BBC, 90 million viewers were watching the halftime show when Justin Timberlake tore off a piece of Jackson’s bra near the end of his “Rock Your Body”; CBS received 542,000 complaints.

The Supreme Court has asked Philadelphia’s 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals to consider reinstating the fine. CBS said in a statement that they were confident the court would again find in their favor and drop the fine, arguing the network could not have anticipated what ultimately happened onstage between Jackson and Timberlake.

Since 2004’s famous “wardrobe malfunction,” the Super Bowl has stuck to classic rockers unlikely to spontaneously disrobe for its half-time shows, inviting Paul McCartney, the Rolling Stones, Prince, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, and most recently Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band onto its stage.

Supreme Court revives case of Janet Jackson’s televised “wardrobe malfunction”

In a one-line order, the justices set aside a ruling in CBS’ favor from a federal appeals court in Philadelphia. That court had agreed with the network that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) had made a sudden change in its policy on “indecency” that was unjustified because the display of nudity was brief and inadvertent.

Now, the appeals court will have to reconsider that conclusion, in light of last week’s Supreme Court ruling upholding the FCC’s zero-tolerance policy for the broadcast of “fleeting expletives.”

The Parents Television Council in Los Angeles praised the court for “siding with families.” Its members bombarded the FCC with complaints after the broadcast.

But CBS downplayed the court’s order.

“The Super Bowl incident, while inappropriate and regrettable, was not and could not have been anticipated by CBS,” according to the network.

If nothing else, Monday’s order means the infamous “wardrobe malfunction,” which lasted nine-sixteenths of a second on TV screens, figures to live on in the courts for another year or more.

Last week, the Supreme Court in a 5-4 ruling agreed the FCC could fine broadcasters for airing the “F-word” during prime time, even if it was uttered by a guest on a live program.

The decision overturned a ruling from an appeals court in New York, similar to the court in Philadelphia, which said the agency’s switch in policy was unfair and not justified.

However, the justices did not decide whether these heavy fines violate the network’s constitutional right to free speech. That issue remains to be decided in both cases.

No one can replace Paul Abdul on “American Idol.”

According to ABC News, Paula Abdul was unaware that a fourth judge would come aboard.

“I found out on the way to the airport, she said. “Randy found out hours before me. I was surprised because Simon has always been against the fourth. We’ve had guest judges come in before and he banned that from happening anymore. I didn’t understand the concept of what was happening.”

However, Paula Abdul wants to make it clear that DioGuardi is not going to replace her once she leaves the show.

Ironically, it was Abdul who helped DioGuardi break into the music industry. However, there is no negative tension between them. According to fellow judge Randy Jackson, the four judges have a family dynamic with “friendly camaraderie.”

“I don’t think anyone [can replace me]. First of all, Kara says, ‘I could never replace you.’ And I said, whenever there is change, it’s not about replacing anybody. It’s about possibly moving on.”

After she leaves “American Idol,” Abdul is planning to go back to the recording studio.

“I’m making a new record,” she said. “What really matters is don’t ever count me out.”

Paula Abdul Says She Cannot Be Replaced

That’s a confident statement.

Paula Abdul invited Nightline backstage for an extensive interview and Paula tells Cynthia McFadden, “This is my last season under contract. I love the show, I do. I love what I do on the show and I’m loving it more this season than ever. Don’t bet against me because the most powerful kryptonite I possess is the connection with the people.”

When Simon Cowell brought on a fourth judge this season, Kara DioGuardi, Paula says that she was caught off-guard by the decision, “I just got out of this hospital this past August. I had three days to pack and go on the road. I found out on the way to the airport. … Randy found out hours before me. I was surprised because Simon has always been against the fourth. We’ve had guest judges come in before and he banned that from happening anymore. I didn’t understand the concept of what was happening.”

David Letterman and longtime girlfriend Regina Lasko have gotten hitched. The host of The Late Show with David Letterman and Lasko tied the knot Thursday evening, according to Us Weekly, after more than 10 years of dating.
The two met mover a decade ago when Lasko worked for him on his show, and Regina is the mother of his son, Harry, who was born in November 2003.In 2007, David Letterman told Oprah Winfrey that his son Harry has made a “huge difference” in his life - but doesn’t always get his sense of humor.

David Letterman, 61, told his audience Monday that he married his longtime girlfriend Regina Lasko, 48, on March 19 in Choteau, Montana. The couple’s son named Harry, 5, was also at the ceremony.

Letterman stated how he didn’t think he would ever marry.  “I had avoided getting married pretty good for, like, 23 years,” he said during the Late Show taping, “and I … secretly felt that men who were married admired me, like I was the last of the real gunslingers.”

After Dave finally made the decision to go through with the marriage, fate didn’t seem to be on his side.  On the way to the courthouse, their truck got stuck in the mud.

“So now we think: Well, somebody’ll come,” he said. “No, nobody … comes along. Nobody comes along. It’s Thursday afternoon, who’s coming along, Zorro? No, nobody – so I get out of the truck and I walk two miles back to the house into a 50 mile per hour. It’s not Beverly Hills, it’s Montana, for God’s sakes. And the whole way, I’m thinking: See, smart ass, see, see, you try to get married, this is what happens.”

David Letterman finally married Regina Lasko. David and Regina Lasko have a 5-year-old son, Harry. They were married in a courthouse ceremony. All reports available are stating that actress Natasha Richardson has been transferred from a Montreal hospital to Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. Right now we do not know Natasha Richardson’s condition and let’s hope that she fully recovers.

The Mont Tremblant ski resort has apparantly not issued any further statements on Natasha Richardson’s falling on a beginner trail, nor is there any information on the resort web site. However, there are unconfirmed reports that she was not wearing a helmet at the time of her fall.

The fact that Natasha Richardson may not have been wearing a helmet on a beginner slope does bother me. When I was skiing in France it was jokingly said that I must be an American because I was wearing a helmet. Unfortunately, that is very much the case throughout Europe especially among adults.

Natasha Richardson may be in critical condition after falling on a beginner’s ski slope highlights the importance of taking proper safety measures to prevent head injury. The incident also points out the insidious nature of some types of head trauma.

Reports say that the Natasha Richardson was participating in a beginner’s skiing lesson at the Mont Tremblant ski resort in Montreal when she fell. The accident occurred in a flat portion of the ski run and did not involve a collision with another person or object. Natasha Richardson was not wearing a helmet at the time of the fall.

According to reports, there were no obvious signs of injury, and Natasha Richardson was walking and talking normally not long after the accident. About an hour after the fall, Natasha Richardson began experiencing headaches and was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital. Unconfirmed reports say the hospital has her listed in critical condition while other reports say she has been transported to a hospital in the U.S.

You may be asking, how could such a seemingly benign incident end up becoming a serious tragedy?

The answer is related to the insidious nature of certain types of head trauma. Whenever the head is whipped back and forth abruptly or impacts a solid surface such as the ground, the brain collides with the inner surface of the skull. If the impact is hard enough, the person will likely lose consciousness, but if not there may not be any immediate symptoms.

This does NOT mean there is no cause for concern. Such an impact can cause the brain to swell slowly, a process that can occur over minutes or even hours. Because the brain is housed in the thick, unforgiving casement of the skull, swelling is very dangerous.

It pushes the brain up against the sides of the skull, compressing it and causing symptoms ranging from headaches to loss of consciousness. If the pressure is not relieved quickly, the person may die.

BeBe Winans has been booked for jacking up his ex-wife:

Gospel singer BeBe Winans was booked yesterday on a domestic assault rap for allegedly pushing his ex-wife to the ground during an argument last month. According to a court filing, a copy of which you’ll find below, Winans, 46, and his former spouse got into a “verbal altercation” on February 13 about “custody issues dealing with their children.” At the time, BeBe Winans was at his ex-wife Debra’s Nashville home, where he had driven to pick up his children. “The victim was telling the defendant of issues with the children when he became irate. The defendant then pushed the victim to the ground.” BeBe Winans, pictured in the mug shot at right, was arrested yesterday on a misdemeanor domestic assault charge. He was briefly held at the Davidson County jail before posting $1000 bond. Winans, best known for albums recorded with his sister CeCe, has won four Grammy awards.

BEBE WINANS BOOKED FOR ASSUALT

Gospel Icon BeBe Winans has been booked on domestic assault charges according to Tennessee reports !

BeBe Winans, known widely for both his solo recordings and collaborations with CeCe Winans, was arrested after allegedly pushing his ex-wife and mother of his children to the ground during an argument last month.

In court documents obtained by thesmokinggun.com, Winans, currently serving as a judge on BET’s hit singing competition Sunday Best, got into a verbal altercation over custody issues dealing with their children.

An official affidavit filed in February, says Winans then became irate when “the victim was telling the defendant (Winans) of issues with the children”.

The affidavit goes on to says “the defendant pushed the victim to the ground, the victim was in fear of bodily injury”.

Winans is reportedly free on $1,000 bond after being arrested on a misdemeanor domestic assault charge.

ABC’s Dancing with the Stars came back strong Monday night, dominating the 7 to 9 p.m. hours against first-run episodes of Fox’s House and CBS’ Two and a Half Men.

The eighth edition of Dancing Withs The Stars averaged an American Idol-ish 418,509 D-FW viewers, routing runnerup House (172,718 viewers) in the first hour and stomping Two and a Half Men (265,720 viewers) and Rules of Engagement (232,505 viewer) from 8 to 9 p.m.

Dancing with the Stars also ran first among advertiser-favored 18-to-49-year-olds, with CBS’ four sitcoms taking second.

The pendulum then swung at 9 p.m., where CBS’ CSI: Miami drew more total viewers (438,438) than Dancing with the Stars while the premiere of ABC’s Castle dipped to a second place 245,791 viewers. Castle ran third, however, among 18-to-49-year-olds, behind NBC’s Medium.

Past prime-time, from 11:35 p.m. to 12:35 a.m., CBS’ Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson had 66,430 total viewers to top ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live and NBC’s fledgling Late Night with Jimmy Fallon (46,501 viewers apiece). But all three talkers were topped in that hour by Fox4’s syndicated repeat of Law & Order: Criminal Intent (73,073 viewers).

Assault charges against  Chris Brown in the beating of his girlfriend, Rihanna, and the nature of the allegations against him have left some observers wondering how much of a blow Chris Brown has dealt to his career.

And reports that the two have reconciled have led to questions about the wisdom of such a move on her part and why she would go back to him, if indeed she has.

Chris Brown, 19, made his first court appearance Thursday in Los Angeles on charges of assaulting and making criminal threats against Rihanna, 21. His arraignment was postponed until April 6.

The attorney for Rihanna, a Barbados native whose real name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty, appeared on her behalf.

Donald Etra said Friday that Rihanna would testify against Chris Brown if called as a witness. Etra noted that Rihanna would be required by law to testify if prosecutors subpoena her. He added that Rihanna wants the case overwith quickly. “She wants to get along with her life and career,” he said.

Chris Brown was arrested nearly a month ago after, police said, he was involved in an early morning altercation with a woman who, it turns out, was Rihanna.
